Position Title: Regional Manager
Reports to: Business Development Director
Salary Range: Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Benefits

Position Description:

The role of the Regional Manager is to employ a professional sales approach to educate a client on the benefits of installing best practices into their company. It is the role of the Regional Manager to attract the interest of the client company in conducting a Process Benchmarking Study and to highlight shortfalls in the client’s current performance.

Most of the initial prospecting appointments are with company owners, CEOs and/or Presidents and most are set on their behalf by our Internal Sales Department (80%). The Regional Manager meets with these companies to discuss how Process Benchmarking may be applied to their business situation. Through a series of brief but substantive discussions, the Regional Manager discovers and discusses client challenges and explores the potential applicability of a formal review of company processes.

Candidate qualifications include:

  • Enjoys learning and is prepared to dedicate himself/herself to mastering a comprehensive, proprietary, professional and nurturing sales strategy
  • Exhibits integrity and a professional, positive personality
  • Comfortable discussing business concepts at the most senior management level
  • Five years sales experience and a successful track record
  • College education preferred (or equivalent business experience)
  • Must have an automobile and a valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Light travel duties may be expected
