Implementation Consultant
Position Title: Implementation Consultant
Reports To: Director of Implementation Services
Salary Range: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
Position Description:
- Completion of organizational restructuring, process re-engineering, financial, sales management programs (for example)
- Analysis and development of improved operating procedures
- Analysis of the client's management information system and IT’s ability to provide meaningful management reports and other required corporate information
- Identify and recommend solutions to management issues within the organization including interaction between managers, managers and employees, and the Board of Directors
- Development of strategic plans for the client to improve viability of the corporate entity
- Development of implementation plans and schedules for corporate and client use
- Full onsite implementation of any designed programs
- Management of client's expectations throughout implementation engagements
- Development of individual skills as they relate to the management consulting industry
Ideal Candidate qualifications will include:
- A business degree (graduate degree preferred) or strong understanding of financial statements and basic business concepts
- Demonstrated management, leadership, and exceptional people skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with one or more accounting software packages (i.e. QuickBooks Pro, MAS 200, Navision, Great Plains, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate client staff and peers to achieve implementation project goals
- Ability to perform independent study and training
- Willingness to contribute at a corporate level to overall excellence in processes within MRSI
